Sandy is an experienced stylist ready give you the cut and color to make you look your best. She loves spending time with her clients and educating them on how to take care of their hair. This way they can feel great after they leave the salon. Sandy loves making people happy by helping them look better. She feels that if you feel good about the way you look you will be happier with yourself.
When Sandy first decided to become a stylist she wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. A natural, she enjoys seeing that finished look and a happy guest. She uses her years of experience and expertise to help her new stylists grow. She strides every day to raise the level of professionalism in the salon industry through training and education for herself and her team members.
Inspired by fashion, music and the latest trends she strives to help every client, “do the best they can with what they have.”
Sandy has spent much of her career focused on continued education. She is a Redken Hair Color Certified, Redken Master Designer, certified in Keratin Complex and trained by Rusk and Vidal Sassoon in design.
Sandy’s number one priority is her family. However, her family extends past her two sons and loving husband. She considers her whole team at Salon Santina’s as part of her family.
Sandy’s best hair styling tip:
When blow drying your hair to create curl or flip, use a round brush roll till dried completely then turn heat off and let hair cool in the round rush for about 5 seconds. Then unroll and curl will last longer when cooled in preferred shape.
Something no one knows about Sandy – She has cat named Bud.
